2. Say ‘hi’ like a local

Adopt a regular Acknowledgement of Country into your business practices.
4. Build your cultural understanding
We encourage everyone to spend some time researching the cultural significance and history of Newman, and to actively seek opportunities to build your cultural understanding. See below for some great resources to get you started.
5. Share your journey
Share stories of how your business is getting involved with This Is Our Dream by using the hashtag #ThisIsOurDream on social media.
6. Spread the word
Tell others about the Cultural Compact, why you're on this journey and how they can get onboard.
